Alan W. Cottle

Founder of Cottle Capital Group, brings over 30 years of real estate experience, including acquisition, financing, development, general contracting, marketing and sales to the company. Mr. Cottle has successfully developed both residential and commercial real estate projects throughout the United States, Bahama’s and Central America ranging in size from $250K to $2M for residential and $1M to $400M for commercial. Mr. Cottle has been involved in master-planned communities ranging from $100M-$1.2B.

Mr Cottle is active in many service and political organizations and has served on the boards of several master planned communities in the United States. Mr. Cottle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance from the University of Utah, with a Minor in Architecture.


Sherry Fenn

Executive Assistant and Paralegal, supervises the legal, entitlement and property management functions for Cottle Capital Group. She has over 30 years of experience as a paralegal, as well as extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate development and property management. As a paralegal, Ms. Fenn is able to provide in-house document review and preparation. In her career, she has overseen the construction job costing of HUD-financed projects, for both multi-family housing and health care projects. Prior to coming to CCG, she owned and operated a management service company, with clients in the fields of architecture, investment, health care, and real estate development.


Tim C. Eppler

COF Capital Partners, and Pinnacle Realty Capital were founded by Tim C. Eppler. Mr. Eppler is a 20-year investment banking veteran with over $1.5 billion in completed transactions. Tim’s experience includes 12 years as an investment banker, actively involved in business development, credit analysis and underwriting, asset management, portfolio securitization and syndications.


CCG has a varied portfolio of funded transactions ranging from us golf course communities to island resort communities.
